Buttermilk coconut cake

Ingredients for 1 baking sheet (approx. 30 x 40 cm):

For the batter:

3 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups buttermilk
4 cups flour
1 1/2 packets baking powder
Tip: A 200 ml cup is used as a measuring unit.

For the topping:

2 cups shredded coconut
1 cup sugar
2 cups heavy cream (200 ml each)
